Map to The Source of All Things:

The wielder of this artifact has three points of interested designated on the map for them. When they arrive, they will be assigned a Very Hard quest. Each time the quest is completed, the wielder will gain a moderate temporary positive effect. Once all are completed, this artifact will transform into the Legendary "Source of All Things" artifact. During sessions where a nomadic nation who owns this artifact has clearly moved towards one of the points of interest, this artifact cannot be lost.
